She also developed the restructuring plan for the County’s Public Health Department, created the Community Assistance Board and administered Executive grants for the County while monitoring compliance with regulations.  Anne also gained valuable budgeting and planning expertise through monitoring St. Charles County’s departmental budget expenditures for compliance with goals, objectives, targets and prepared budgets.

As the St. Charles City Police Department’s Crime Prevention Specialist, Anne established the Victim’s Assistance Program and Crime Stoppers, coordinated the Neighborhood Watch program and, utilizing the City’s video production staff, developed the department’s Crime Prevention cable television program on the City’s cable channel.

As Adjunct Professor of Political Science at Lindenwood University for the last ten years, Anne brings real-life knowledge of politics and government into the college classroom every semester. She believes education and experience provide an optimal learning experience for her students.

Anne has developed excellent communication skills by serving as the representative to the public in virtually every position she has held.  Over the last 20 years she has worked with various community groups and agencies as well as local, county, state and federal levels of government to successfully broker and facilitate mutually agreeable solutions for St. Charles County and the St. Louis region.
